Due to being a volunteer operation the process to obtain staff assistance for complex issues can take some time. To streamline that process this page will allow you to contact the staff directly for high level issues. Please make sure to read the information here and choose the best option to get assistance for your problem. Some simpler issues can be resolved by our non staff volunteers and do not require administrative assistance.
Account Recovery
• Unable to access all of your accounts.
If you are unable to access any of your accounts please use the form below to get assistance. In order to recover lost accounts at least one of the accounts must be registered or you must be able to access an IP address that was once used to access the accounts. Without an email or IP commonality it can be very difficult to recover a lost account.
• Unable to access one but not all, of your accounts.
If you can currently access some of your accounts, but not all, do not use the form below. From one of your working accounts use the help feature from your player paperdoll to request verification of your account names or a password reset for one of your linked accounts. This will only be possible if you have previously accessed the accounts in question from the IP address you are currently using.
Note: The staff will never confirm or deny account names, their registration information or need to have your account password for any reason. Any information will be provided directly to your registration email, or as a response to a page ingame. You cannot guess at account names and have the staff verify if they do/do not exist.
Additional Accounts \ Account Creation Issues
• Additional Account Request
While the 3 account per IP rule is our official coded system for account limitations exceptions can be made for players who have room mates, player with other family members, or play on public networks where IP addresses are shared with large groups of people (college dorms, etc). Fill out the form below, including at least one account you have created on the server along with the new account names you would like to request. One of our staff will contact you via email once the accounts are created with a copy of the additional rules that must be followed for these situations.
• Account Creation Issues
In some situations the account verification system will not permit you to make additional accounts. This can be because you are in a multi player household, or you have accidentally created an account previously that counts towards your 3 account limit. You can check your C:\Ultima Online\Desktop folder to view accounts you have logged into on the Renaissance server. This is a situation that you can obtain assistance with a page ingame, or by filling out the form below if you cannot wait for a staff member ingame.
Account Registration Issues
• Unable to Receive Account Registration Emails
If you attempt to register your account ingame but never receive the registration email you have two options. If this is your official email, you do not need to do anything further as the system will have your email on file. If you need to change your account email or would feel better if you can complete the registration process you can complete the form below and our staff will email you the registration code(s) manually for each account listed, to the email assigned to the account.
Donation Issues
• Forum Account Coloring
If you have donated in the past but have not received a response from the staff or your appropriate forum badge and founders forum access please complete the form below. Make sure to include the method of donation, email account linked to the donation, and forum account email (if different).
• Copper Account Credit
If you have made a donation after 1/1/2017 and have not had your copper reward credited to your account, or if there is a problem with the amount credited please use the form below. Make sure to include the related account, donation email and any other relevant details.
Forum Registration Issues
• Missing Registration Email, Unable to Post
If you have registered on the forums but have not received the account activation email to complete the registration process this can affect your ability to make new posts. This could be due to a problem with sending emails to your house (microsoft emails are always a problem) or a simple typo. Use the form below and provide your forum account and the staff can manually activate your account and address any email issues.
• Shadowban / Ban Appeal
If your account has been targeted with a shadowban (read only mode) or a full ban you may contact the staff for information about the reason and duration for the ban using the form below. Instead of an ingame account, please use your forum account name.
